This is an old Chabad Niggun, with the lyrics in Hebrew and Yiddish.
It is a dialog between Father Jacob and G-d. G-d reassures Jacob that he need not fear, to which the Patriarch responds "I have no fear of anyone, only of You alone!”
The first stanza is the original lyrics, while the second and third are translations in modern Hebrew and English.

אמר ה׳ ליעקב, יא טאטע יא, יא פאטער יא,
אל תירא עבדי יעקב, ניין טאטע ניין, ניין פאטער ניין,
איך האב פאר קיינער קיין מורא נישט, נאר פאר דיר אליין.
אמר ה׳ ליעקב, כן טאטע כן, כן אבא כן,
