הניגון מפולטבה The Poltava Niggun by Natan Wishedski

The Poltava Niggun – the Chassidic Rabbi, R. Yaakov Mordechai Bespalov, was the rabbi of the city of Poltava, Ukraine, for thirty years, starting in 1886. He was one of the greatest and most important of Chabad chassidim, and when he would daven, it was with this niggun. His prayers lasted for many hours, and this wordless, deep and somber niggun seems to be expressing what his words could not.
