The Hebrew lyrics are from the Shabbat Morning prayer:
”המעורר ישנים, והמקיץ נרדמים, והמשיח אלמים, והמתיר אסורים, והסומך נופלים, והזוקף כפופים, לך לבדך אנחנו מודים.”
Translation:
“It is He who rouses those who sleep, who awakens those who slumber, who enables the mute to speak, who releases the bound, who supports those who fall, and who makes erect those who are bowed. To You alone we offer thanks!”
On a personal note, I thank A-mighty G-d whom has healed me after I was deathly ill, hospitalized with COVID 19, on life support. I was placed in a medically induced coma, attached to an ECMO machine and had a trach inserted. When I awoke, I was helpless, unable to move my limbs, unable to walk, talk, and leave the hospital bed.
However G-d in his abundant mercy has guided the hospital crew, and has miraculously returned my health, functionality, and freedom!
I am forever thankful to Him, and will never take anything for granted…
