אך לאלוקים Ach Le’Elokim by Natan Wishedski

Ach Le’Elokim (“For G-d alone”) – this is an ancient Chassidic niggun, originating apparently from the beginning of the 19th century. It is said about it that it can raise a person from materialism and mundaneness to the spiritual and to holiness.
The words “Ach Le’Elokim domi nafshi” (For G-d alone, wait silently, my soul) from chapter 62 in Tehillim, express the Creator’s oneness and uniqueness. The person is praying and singing, calling from the depths of his heart and saying that he is longing only for Hashem, placing his hopes only in Him; He is the source of his strength.
